Employees – Around 8,300. In addition to our permanent, full time employees, we also have seasonal employees who join us at peak times of the year such as during the summer and, in some countries, during the winter holiday season.

Stores – 565. We are always expanding our area of operations, redeveloping established stores and creating new concepts. The actual number of operating stores changes regularly. There are currently 284 tax and duty free stores at airport and border locations, 240 stores in North America which have recently been acquired from our sister company, HMSHost, and a further 41 in our Palaces & Museums division.
